By using getemprise.com you agree to these terms. Services we provide to clients are governed by the written agreement or proposal signed for that engagement, which prevails if it conflicts with these terms.
Website use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape it at a harmful rate, or use it unlawfully.
Information and tools
Content and the free AI tools on this site are provided for general information and planning. They are provided "as is", and we do not guarantee particular search rankings, AI citations, traffic or revenue outcomes.
Intellectual property
The site, its content, logo and branding belong to Emprise Agency or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except for fair personal or internal use.
Client engagements
Fees, minimum terms, notice periods and deliverables are set out in the plan or agreement you sign. Plan minimums shown on our site (for example 3, 6 and 12 months) apply as stated in that agreement.
Confidentiality
We keep client information confidential and honour non-disclosure agreements. Client identities are not published without written consent.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Emprise is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
